Coconut

The origin of the Coconut trees is Southeast Asia and the Pacific. The tree is one of the most important crops worldwide because of its use as a building material, fuel and food  supplier. The palm seed is not a nut according to botanical classification  but a stone fruit like pistachios or peach.
 


Ingredients:
Coconuts are rich in minerals (potassium, selenium, phosphorus), saturated fatty acids (healthy HDL cholesterol, laurin, carboxylic acid) and vitamins (B, E).
