Passion Fruits belong to the genus of passion flowers. To be consumed are purpure granadilla and the Yellow Granadilla. The fruit belongs to the berries. The shell of the Purple Granadilla is wrinkled in maturity. Inside is the juicy-jelly-like pulp. This encloses the numerous seeds.
